A pillow is provided, which stably supports the neck, reduces fatigue in sleep and prevents the ear from being pressed down in case of lying on his/her side. A pillow comprises: an inner member(11); an outer member covering the inner member; and a cushion member filled between the inner and outer members. The inner member comprises: a neck support(115) supporting neck; a head groove(111) which is dug in the predetermined depth; an ear groove(112) which is formed in both sides of the head groove and provides the space in which ear can be inserted; acupressure protrusions(113,117) pressing the part in which the head and neck are connected. |
