A pipe coupler is provided to prevent a pipe coupling part being damaged due to the high pressure by uniting a flange part of the body portion and a flange with a tightening stopper. A pipe coupler comprises: a body(1) having a protrusion for preventing the end part of a coupling pipe being deeply inserted; a flange part(2) having a push projection and a bonding groove in which one end of the body is inserted; a packing(3) adhering closely to the exterior of the pipe in which one end is inserted to a double layer part in order to maintain the water-tightly; a stopper(4) banding the exterior of the pipe together with the flange part; and a fastening stopper(5) consisting of a stopper piece.
