A method for guiding a visually handicapped person is provided to safely reach a destination by transmitting the information to a route on which a visually handicapped person is moved after mounting information required in a walk of the visually handicapped person on a laser light. An information network by a laser light is formed by installing a laser light signal lamp in both ends of a footpath. The laser light signal lamp(L) for guiding a walk is connected to an adjacent signal lamp installed in the footpath. A visually handicapped person receives information by irradiating a laser light to a guiding path after mounting direction information and area information on the laser light. The visually handicapped person actively selects a destination and a path with reference to the information.
