A hot water circulation system is provided to reduce the operation noise at high temperature by making the water flow from the water tank to the heater, the flow of bubbles from the heater to the heated object, and the flow of hot water from the heater to the heated object smooth. A hot water circulation system includes a water tank(16) provided with a diaphragm valve body(14) and a water level sensor. The diaphragm valve body comprises a head part, a partition in which a plurality of through holes are formed in the specified region and which is located apart from the water tank, a column which is connected to the head unit through the partition and in which screw thread is formed on the lower part, an elastic diaphragm which is radially extended from the head part to the partition, and a nut fastened to the screw thread of the column. |
