A method for producing a drainer is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and prevent exhaustion of natural sand by recycling bottom ash, thereby resolving a problem of insufficient reclaimed lands. A method for producing a drainer containing bottom ash comprises the following steps of: collecting ash from a reclaimed land(S1); transferring the collected ash(S2); distributing the transferred ash into the predetermined quantity(S3); spraying a cleaning solution to the distributed ash(S4); selecting the cleaned ash based on a particle size(S5); washing the selected ash(S6); and dehydrating the washed ash(S8).
