A pure oxygen combustion boiler having an air purge device is provided to prevent the gas explosion by pushing the combustible gas out through chimney from the boiler with a blower. A pure oxygen combustion boiler having an air purge device comprises: a boiler(10) burning the fuel and the oxidizing agent; a fuel economize(20) heat exchanging the water supplied to the boiler and the exhaust gas of the high temperature ejected from the boiler; a blower(60) inhaling a part of the exhaust gas from the recirculation exhaust gas from an exhaust pipe in the normal driving of boiler; and a recirculation exhaust gas heat exchanger(90) heat exchanging the recirculation exhaust gas inhaled from the with the blower with the exhaust gas of the high temperature.
