An environment-friendly method of construction is provided to purify the polluted river water naturally by discharging the contaminant like the laminated accumulated sludge in the bottom layer with the water. An environment-friendly method of construction comprises as follows. A support structure(10) is set up in the river either side and a waterway is formed therebetween. A water gate(20) is positioned diagonally to the drainage between either side support structure in order to bear the water pressure. Two working cylinders(30,32) are pivoted between either lateral upper and lower location of the water gate and the side wall top of the support structure. The polluted river water is purified by uplifting the bottom part of the water gate in the closed state according to expansion and contraction of each working cylinder, and discharging the clean lower layer water which water space is stored in the reservoir. |
