<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing cereal noodles which are unique cereal noodles, without using starch and having high-added value, are improved in ohesion of noodle and are enhanced in commercial value as cereal noodles. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing cereal noodles includes mixing of cereal powder obtained by pulverizing cereal, and wheat flour to produce mixed powder, adding water to the mixed powder; stirring the water and the mixed powder to produce dough; extending the dough by applying pressure; cutting out the dough into noodle: boiling the noodle followed by cooling the noodle with water; and freezing the cooled noodle.
