<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-efficiency coding to a moving picture of which luminance changes timewise, such as a fade image and a dissolving image. <P>SOLUTION: Coding data 300 is decoded that includes index information 415 indicating a combination of a predictive error signal indicating an error between a luminance signal and a predictive image signal to a moving picture signal having two color difference signals by a variable length decoder 303, motion vector information 414, and at least one reference image number, and a predictive parameter prepared in advance for respective luminance signals and two color difference signals. A predictive image signal 412 is generated according to reference image numbers and predictive parameters in a combination shown by the index information decoded by a frame memory/predictive picture generating unit 308, and a reproduction moving picture signal is generated by the predictive error signal and predictive image signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
