<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing apparatus capable of saving analyzing time for content data and forming time for layout information, and thereby shortening a time required for printing of the content data forwarded. <P>SOLUTION: A communication controlling part 110 controls communication with the outside. An analysis judging part 120 judges whether or not the printing layout information accumulated in a data accumulating part 150 is used. A content data interpretation part 130 performs interpretation of the content data. An intermediate code forming part 140 forms an intermediate code from the result on the interpretation of the content data by the content data interpretation part 130. The data accumulating part 150 accumulates the intermediate code formed by the intermediate code forming part 140 as the layout information.
