A seedlings attaching plate and a method for attaching the same are provided, which make the manufacture facilitated and enables easy installation and replacement. A seedlings attaching plate comprises: a joint hole which is formed to surround the upper side to be parallel with the outer circumference and has an opening on one side to be opened outside; a main body(100) including a coupling hole which is bored in the central part; an attaching plate(200) which is made of wood and in which the end part of the fixing member like a nail is protruded in the center; a seedlings rope(300) in which the bottom is fixed by the fixing member and the top is fixed by the fixture.
