PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner, enabling low-temperature fixing, having excellent storage stability and image preservation after fixing, and preventing the occurrence of offset even when the transfer performance is deteriorated, fog is caused or the temperature of the fixing device is elevated depending on the use status even in the case of using at high ambient temperature. SOLUTION: This toner at least contains resin and a coloring agent, and has a core-shell structure, wherein tetrahydrofuran insoluble content of resin forming the core is 10-30 mass%, the glass transition temperature of resin forming the core is 50-70°C, the glass transition temperature of resin forming the shell is 35-45°C, and 1.0-4.0 mass% fine particles having the number average particle diameter of 60-150 nm are fixed to the surface of coloring particles constituting the toner.
