Pharmaceutical combinations comprising an a5ß1 antagonist in combination with a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. In some embodiments, the a5ß1 antagonist is volociximab. In some embodiments, the tyrosine kinase inhibitor is sunitinib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The invention also relates to methods for treating cancer by administering the pharmaceutical combinations to a subject.
