An air conditioning unit is provided that includes a condenser having an elongated portion and a bent portion. A fan is arranged to provide a discharge airflow across the condenser. A wrapper assembly at least partially encloses the condenser and fan. The wrapper assembly includes a wall having an inlet grille. The wall also includes a discharge grille having directional openings oriented away from the inlet grille for preventing the discharge airflow from reentering the inlet grille.
