<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe cover for a syringe and the syringe with the syringe cover capable of securing the delicate injection of medical agent by preventing the oscillation of the syringe cover and a glass flange in the syringe cover in giving injection even when the glass syringe of large manufacturing tolerance is used, and capable of improving the manufacturing and usability. <P>SOLUTION: In this syringe cover 2 for the injection syringe, in which the syringe 3 is inserted, and which is provided with a cannula 1 for injecting the medical agent 6 in the syringe by a plunger rod 4, the approximately cylindrical syringe cover for fitting the inserting the syringe, is provided with two opposite projecting parts 23 on an edge of an opening 21 in one end direction, two leg parts 24 and locking pieces 25 projecting are formed between two opposite projecting parts 23 on the edge of the opening, and the positioning and fixing of the syringe can be simultaneously achieved by holding the flange 32 of the syringe by the two projecting parts and the two locking projecting pieces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
