PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate an index capable of objectively and uniformly evaluating the validity of activities of a company.

SOLUTION: The device 10 for evaluating validity of cooperate activity comprises a data acquisition part 13 which extracts transaction data of an evaluation object from a data storage part 12 based on the kind of interface or TEC classification; an intermediate data calculation part 14 which calculates an operation cost using an ad hoc interface of the acquired transaction data and an operation cost using a fixed interface by use of a unit personnel cost, operation time and a preset use cost for the use of the fixed interface; and an index calculation part 15 which calculates an index for evaluating the validity of the transaction by use of the calculated operation cost using the ad hoc interface and operation cost using the fixed interface.
