PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an investment contract support device for properly and efficiently making an investment proposal and investment contract related with the asset management of a customer without depending on the skill of an operator.

SOLUTION: An investment contact support device 1 is configured to acquire conditions (intention or request) for the asset management of a customer 3 as hearing information 17, and selects portfolio information 18 based on the hearing information 17. The investment contract support device 1 creates proposal information 10 to the customer 3 based on the selected portfolio information 18, and creates contract information 12 between the customer 3 and a securities company 2 based on the proposal information 10. The investment contract support device 1 stores the proposal history information 19 or the contact history information 21 for every customer 3, and retrieves and displays it according to the request of a person in charge (advisor 4). The investment contract support device 1 stores status information 23 showing the processing stage of the investment proposal processing or the investment contract processing for every customer, and stores access authority information 25 for every customer 3 or in every processing stage.
