<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy efficiency by reducing a heat radiation amount from a hot water storage tank in a hot water supply system wherein a heating means carries out replenishing operation of replenishing hot water to the hot water storage tank. <P>SOLUTION: The hot water supply system 10 is provided with the hot water storage tank 25, the heating means 13 for heating taken-in water and supplying it to the hot water storage tank 58, and a control means 50 for having the heating means 13 carry out the replenishing operation of replenishing hot water to the hot water storage tank 25 when a remaining hot water amount being an amount of hot water for hot water supply remaining in the hot water storage tank becomes a lower limit hot water amount. The heating means 50 carries out normal operation of setting the lower limit amount as a first reference value and controlling the replenishing operation of the heating means 13, and hot water increasing operation of setting the lower limit hot water amount as a second reference value larger than the first reference value when a predetermined switching condition is satisfied, and controlling the replenishing operation of the heating means 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
