<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support materialization of an efficient or effective negotiation. <P>SOLUTION: Used hours assumed in each item inside material used for the business negotiation is input from an assumption business negotiation information creation part 2 and is stored in a database 4, and used hours used in an actual business negotiation is input from an item-classified business negotiation information input part 1 in each item inside the material and is stored in the database 4.
