<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management server and a management system for managing physical distribution commodities and operator work histories in a distribution process and generating a work plan considering the actual state of the distribution process. <P>SOLUTION: The management server 100 and the management system comprise a means 102 for generating a work plan of each operator according to information for generating a preset work plan by use of physical distribution commodities and operator work histories in a current distribution process managed within the management server 100; and a means 107 for acquiring operator work information input through a portable terminal 200 of each operator and reflecting it to the physical distribution commodities and operator work histories in the distribution process managed within the management server 100, in which the following work plan of each operator is generated according to work plan generation information by use of the physical distribution commodities and operator work histories in the distribution process reflecting the operator work information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
