<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a vibration-proofing member capable of firmly fixing the vibration-proofing member to a vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: In the mounting structure for the vibration-proofing member 3 interposed between a fuel tank 1 mounted to the vehicle body 2 by a tank band 5 and the vehicle body 2, a fixing hole 2a is provided on the vehicle body 2 in a direction perpendicular to a fastening direction (direction A) of the tank band 5. The vibration-proofing member 3 for a side surface has an engagement projection 31a inserted to the fixing hole 2a.
