PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the movement of a gel-like composition inside the housing recessed part of a tray-like container and the damage of the gel-like composition accompanying that and to easily carry out performance at a low cost in a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the tray-like container 2 provided with projection parts 13-15 for openings in the middle of the housing recessed part 10, the packed gel-like composition having the openings to be fitted to the projection parts 13-15 is housed. A sealing sheet is fixed to the tray-like container 2 to seal the opening so as to be easily peeled off at a sealing part 18 on the opening side outer periphery of the housing recessed part 10, and the sealing sheet is fixed to the upper surface of the projection parts 13-15 so as to be easily peeled off.
