PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a glass fiber reinforced hard polyurethane foam allowing easy reduction of the density of glass fiber in the vicinity of the lower surface material. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a hard polyurethane foam containing glass fiber has a lower surface material supplying process of supplying a lower surface material 1L, a glass fiber mat supplying process of supplying a glass fiber mat 6 onto the lower surface material 1L, a stock solution supplying process of supplying a foaming stock solution composition A onto the lower surface material 1L, an upper surface material supplying process of supplying an upper surface material 1U onto the foaming stock solution composition A and a foaming process of allowing the foaming stock solution composition A to react and foam, after the upper surface supplying process, while applying a pressing force onto the upper surface material 1U with a nip roller 8, to form a glass fiber reinforced hard polyurethane foam B. In the foaming process, two or more rod-like lifting members 11 partially lifting the lower surface material 1L upward are arranged in the carrying direction of the lower surface material 1L on a lower surface material 1L holding base 4 arranged below the lower surface material 1L.
