PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent correction or the like of a measurement program in a measurement site. SOLUTION: When a facet is extracted by an element extraction section 12, a vector calculation section 13 calculates a vector V1 in the irradiation direction to the facet. An angle calculation section 14 calculates the angleαbetween the vector V1 in the irradiation direction and the normal vector V2 for each facet.
