PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out application of heat insulating property to major parts of a ceiling slab at the same time as construction of the ceiling slab with favorable workability. SOLUTION: In the structure of the mould for heat insulating ceiling slap construction, a stopper 10 is protrudedly provided on a flat plate part mould 2 installed along a lower face of a flat plate part 1 between beam parts 3 composing the ceiling slab, along a boundary between the flat plate part mould 2 and an area dividing the beam parts 3. A cutout part 11 for engagement formed by cutting out a portion corresponding to the stopper 10 is provided on a heat insulating plate 7 laid on the flat plate part mould 2, and by engaging the cutout part 11 for engagement and the stopper 10, displacement in a horizontal direction of the heat insulating plate 7 is prevented.
