PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electroforming die, capable of faithfully reproducing surface shape of a master for shibo by directly shibo processing (wave-shaped wrinkling) a mandrel. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the electroforming die includes the steps of: producing a surface image of the master (S11) for shibo; preparing a surface shape data representing fine surface asperity shape of the emboss master from the surface image (S12); manufacturing a master die having a finer surface asperity shape by processing the surface of a material for the master die according to the surface shape data; forming an electrodeposited layer on the surface of the master die and; peeling the electrodeposited layer from the master die to manufacture the electroforming die as a negative die.
