PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new class of a boron-containing nucleoside and an oligonucleotide that exhibit a desirable profile of cell selectivity, stability in a living body and ability of easily passing through a cell membrane used for the boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) and the antisense oligonucleotide therapy (AOT).
