PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of strongly attracting a player with the presentation executed by a game ball guide means mounted in a center case. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine has the center case disposed approximately at the center of a play area and having a display window for an image display means. A ball entrance hole and the movable game ball guide means 142 for guiding game balls entering the ball entrance hole in a prescribed direction are mounted in the center case. The center case also has a movable presentation means 126 corresponding to the game ball guide means 142, an interlocking means 168 for interlocking the game ball guide means 142 with the movable presentation means 126, and a transparent cover member 42 to divide the space inside the center case in the fore-and-aft direction between the game ball guide means 142 and the movable presentation means 126.
