PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable component adjusting mechanism capable of dissolving the position shift of a movable component after assembly is completed by simple fine adjustment by a screw operation without reassembly or component exchange, a movable component adjusting mechanism unit, a game board and a pachinko game machine. SOLUTION: The movable component adjusting mechanism includes the movable component 31 supported by a support member 20 fixed to the game board 3 so as to be moved forward and backward in a prescribed direction, a fixed component 34 to be brought close or separated to/from the movable component when the movable component is moved forward and backward, and a connecting member 40 fixed with screws to a bracket 32 provided on the movable component. The connecting member includes a base 41 screwed and fixed to the bracket, an adjusting piece 45 supported so as to be freely moved forward and backward to the bracket by the base, and a screw tightening mechanism 50 for finely adjusting the position of the adjusting piece on the base.
