PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee drink capable of suppressing the generation of a peroxidized material in the body while utilizing the physiological effect possessed by a polyphenol contained in the coffee, without damaging the flavor originally possessed by the coffee. SOLUTION: The coffee drink packed in a container contains total ascorbic acids and the polyphenol originated from the coffee except chlorogenic acids in a ratio of 0.014-0.30 by mass.
