PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting element which is adaptive to a coating process and has excellent luminous efficiency and luminance. SOLUTION: The organic light emitting element which comprises an positive electrode and a negative electrode, and a layer sandwiched between the positive electrode and negative electrode and made of an organic compound, the layer made of the organic compound containing at least one of bisfluorene compound expressed by general formula [1]. In formula [1], A represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkylene group, a substituted silylene group, a substituted germylene group, oxygen atom, or sulfur atom.
