A portable electrocardiograph set (1A) comprising an electrocardiograph body (100) provided with an electrocardiogram measuring circuit, a long lead (200) having a cable (220) with a clip which connects an external electrode for measuring electrocardiogram with the electrocardiogram measuring circuit, and a drawstring purse bag (300) for containing and carrying the electrocardiograph body (100) and the lead (200). In the portable electrocardiograph set (1A), the drawstring bag (300) includes a clip fixing portion (322) to which fix all clips (231-233) included in the lead (200) can be fixed simultaneously. With such an arrangement, a portable electrocardiograph set which can be carried without entangling the cables is obtained.
