PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a bank or the like with high precision. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a process in which a bank forming composite on a flexographic printing board is transferred on a printing board and a solvent in the transferred bank forming composite is dried and removed or the transferred bank forming composite is radiated by light is hardened, and solidified on the printing board. By using a flexographic printing board which is obtained by hardening a resin composite containing a polymer (a) manufactured from polycarbonate diol which is composed of a repeating unit as shown in a formula (1) and/or a formula (2) and of which the both-end group is a hydroxyl group and of which the number-average molecular weight is 300-50,000, the bank forming composite is transferred on the printing board.
