<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminated product having a hard coating layer formed on at least one side of an acrylic resin film, with excellent adhesiveness, hardness and flatness. <P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the laminated product wherein the hard coating layer B is formed on at least one side of the acrylic resin film A, the hard coating layer B is formed by drying a solvent C after applying a hard coating layer forming material solution B1, wherein a compound B2 having an acrylate group is dissolved in the solvent C so that the content of the compound is 50 mass% or more of the total solid content, to the surface of the acrylic resin film A, and subsequently, performing curing by irradiation with activation rays, and a solubility parameter s1 of the acrylic resin film A and a solubility parameter s2 of the solvent C satisfy either of the following expressions (1) and (2): (1) 1.6 cal<SP>1/2</SP>×cm<SP>-3/2</SP>≤ s1-s2 ≤2.0 cal<SP>1/2</SP>×cm<SP>-3/2</SP>, (2) 1.0 cal<SP>1/2</SP>×cm<SP>-3/2</SP>≤ s2-s1 ≤1.5 cal<SP>1/2</SP>×cm<SP>-3/2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
