PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply uniform pressure over the full length of a substrate, when sticking an ACF to the substrate. SOLUTION: A pressure bonding head 50 is formed in a position between horizontal guide rollers 16, 17 guiding an ACF tape 13, and is vertically arranged to hold a liquid crystal panel 1 between them, in a sticking unit 10. The pressure bonding head 50 formed in a same length is comprised of a stamping blade 51 and a receiving blade 52. These are attached to an elevating block 53, 54 displaceable in the vertical direction along a guide rail 55. The receiving blade 52 is lifted or lowered by a cylinder 56, and the stamping blade 51 is lifted or lowered by a pressing means 57, independently. The ACF 8 is press-bonded to a lower substrate 2, for each of electrode groups 5 in the liquid crystal panel 1, nearly limiting the portion of the length L, by pressing a pasteboard tape 12 of the ACF tape 13.
