PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner and a process cartridge having excellent resistance against stress and giving a preferable printed material having sufficient gloss and transparency in thermal fixing. SOLUTION: The toner for an electrostatic charge image developer comprises at least a colorant and a binder resin and is manufactured by an O/W wet granulation method. The toner is characterized in that: the binder resin contains at least three kinds of polyester resin; one kind of the polyester resin is a crosslinked resin; and two kinds of the polyester resin comprise non-crosslinked resins A, B having different molecular weights and different acid values, satisfying the relationship of MpA>MpB, AvA>AvB, MpA-MpB>2000 and AvA-AvB>2, wherein MpA and AvA represent the peak molecular weight and the acid value of the non-crosslinked resin A, respectively, and MpB and AvB represent the peak molecular weight and the acid value of the non-crosslinked resin B, respectively.
