摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light measuring method accurately measuring a light from an object to be measured over a long period of time without periodical maintenance of optical components. SOLUTION: In step S2, a light detecting optical system 50 is adjusted so as to focuss to a micro analysis chip 10. In a step S3, a light detector 62 measures an intensity of a fluorescence emitted from the micro analyzing chip 10. In a step S4, the measured intensity is compared with the saturated illuminance of the light detector 62. In a step S5, when the measured intensity is not less than the saturated illuminance of the light detector 62 as a result of comparison, a relative distance between an objective lens 58 and the micro analysis chip 10 is varied and the method is returned to the measuring step of step S3.
