PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor unit capable of preventing water from penetrating from the outside, further preventing water from penetrating into a sensor and its peripheral circuit due to a heat distortion inside the sensor unit caused by temperature changes in the outside, making its product reliability high, and reducing its production cost. SOLUTION: In the sensor unit, a film fm which makes a surface tension small, is formed at each part of a sensor assembler 2, and a clearance gap or the like is impregnated with a liquid LQ having an insulation property through the film fm.
