PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle testing apparatus having a simple structure capable of operating a part to be operated among three positions. SOLUTION: The vehicle testing apparatus 20 includes a body part 41; a partition part 42; a rod part 43; a holding part 45; a pressure regulating part 110; and a biasing part 44. The partition part 42 is housed in the body part 41 to partition its inside into a first space S1 and a second space S2. The rod part 43 is provided for the partition part 42 and having both ends protruding to the outside through both end walls of the body part 41 and displaced with the sliding of the partition part 42. The holding part 45 is provided for the rod part 43 to hold a switch 31. The pressure regulating part 110 regulates the pressures inside the first and second spaces S1 and S2. The biasing part 44 biases the rod part 43 so as to position the switch 31 to an intermediate position among the three points when the pressures of the first and second spaces S1 and S2 are equal.
