PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin laminate and a printed matter which is excellent in scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and anti-blocking property, and also is excellent in transcription property and the adhesion after transcription even when a hologram is set forth on the surface thereof, for instance. SOLUTION: Provided is a resin laminate comprising an adhesive layer 11, an intermediate layer 9 and a protecting layer 7 in this order on a substrate material 5, wherein the protecting layer 7 comprising a composition containing non-curable thermoplastic acrylic type resin and a polyvinyl acetal type resin and containing no curing agent and the intermediate layer 9 comprises a non-curable thermoplastic acrylic type resin and a vinyl chloride resin, wherein an amount of the vinyl chloride type resin is 20 wt.% or more relative to the acrylic type resin components.
