PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover dressing which maximizes the effect of a maggot therapy and is easy to use as well as cost-effective. SOLUTION: The cover dressing for a maggot therapy has a base material having a mesh portion to surround and cover an affected region or a base material in which the mesh portion is formed by fixing a meshy sheet covering through holes to the base material having through holes and surrounding the affected region and an adhesive agent layer formed in a region except the mesh portion of the base material.
