A multi-chambered tyre with or without pressure-loss sensor for vehicles comprising an inner tyre (2) and an outer tyre (1 ), wherein at least one chamber (8) adjacent to the crown portion of the outer tyre (1 ) having a separate no-return inlet valve (one way valve) (9) in the inner part of each chamber (8) to provide pressurized fluid to enter inside the chamber. The side walls of the chambers (10) are parallel to each other /parallel to each other and equidistance from each other/ parallel to each other along axial direction/parallel to each other along circumferential direction/parallel to each other along circumferential and axial direction /at a certain angle to each other along axial direction or along circumferential direction or along both axial and circumferential direction.
