At least one of the layers is a base material layer (16), and one layer arranged on one side of the base material layer is an optical functional sheet layer (11), which has prism sections (12) arranged in parallel along the sheet surface to transmit light, and light absorbing sections (13) arranged in parallel between the prism sections to absorb light. One layer arranged on the other side of the base material layer is an adhesive layer (17). On the side of the optical functional sheet layer facing the side where the base material layer is arranged, an adhesive layer is not formed.
