<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of relieving the burden both on an examiner and an examinee based on appropriate and swift determination to start the auto-alignment without enforcing complicated switching operation or menu setting on the examiner, and capable of effectively utilizing the auto-alignment function of the apparatus, and to provide an auto-alignment method using the ophthalmologic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The non-contact tonometer S having the auto-alignment function includes means for determining alignment starting environment conditions based on the presence of the examinee and the examiner in examinable conditions to an apparatus body 4 (steps S1 and S2); means for starting the determination of an auto-alignment starting condition to determine whether an alignment visual target is successfully detected or not while performing the manual alignment when the alignment starting environment condition is satisfied (steps S3-S5 and a step S8); and means for announcing that the auto-alignment can be started to the examiner when the auto-alignment starting conditions are satisfied (a step S6). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
