<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter providing system and a printed matter providing method, capable of providing printed matter desired by a user. <P>SOLUTION: The printed matter providing system 10 comprises a server 20 which stores print data of a plurality of printed matter 60 including images, an order terminal 30 which receives orders of the printed matter 60, and an image forming device 40 which executes printing based on the print data, the server, the order terminal and the image forming apparatus being mutually connected by a communication network 50. The server 20 discloses a part of each printed matter 60 on Web, and the order terminal 30 selected by a user acquires print data of the printed matter 60 selected by the user from the server 20, forms print instruction information for instructing printing based on the print data acquired by the order terminal 30, and transmits the print data and the print instruction information to the image forming device 40. The image forming device 40 executes printing of the print data according to the print instruction information.
