<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-based ink composition for writing implements capable of obtaining handwriting with good adhesion since the ink composition is not rejected in writing on a surface of a material with poor wettability such as a synthetic resin film, paper with a resin-coated surface, metal, and a craft tape for packing. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-based ink composition for writing implements comprises at least a coloring agent, an organic solvent, a resin, and a silicone compound modified with polyether in the side chains. In the silicone compound modified with polyether in the side chains, as to a weight ratio between polyoxyethylene chains to polyoxypropylene chains in the polyether portion, the ratio of the polyoxypropylene chains is 0-50 wt.%, and an HLB is 10 or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
