PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment capable of preventing the lack of packets and preventing the decline of throughput. SOLUTION: The communication equipment includes a device 220 having a communication function and a device driver 104 for controlling the device 220. The device driver 104 determines whether or not the communication system of communication for which connection is established is a prescribed system, determines whether or not data to be transmitted use a TCP protocol further when it is the prescribed system, and rewrites a window size to a prescribed value when determining that the transmission data use the TCP protocol.
