PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room structure with a loft capable of forming a comfortable living environment by enhancing the open-style feeling. SOLUTION: In this room structure with a loft, the loft 11 positioned at an attic 1a is formed above the upper part of a first room 10 communicating with the attic 1a. The longitudinal both ends of a floor part 11a composing the loft 11 are secured to respective walls 12 surrounding the first room 10. Both side edges of the floor part 11a are separated by a predetermined distance from the mutually opposed respective walls 12 of the first room 10. Since the floor part of the loft is bridged above the first room, a space for living and storage can be formed above and under the floor part, and also an atrium space communicating with the attic can be formed on both edge sides of the loft.
