PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile body control apparatus moving a compact mobile body on a plane at high speed in a simple structure. SOLUTION: A PC5 makes a diaphragm 3 finely vibrate on a horizontal plane by direct acting actuators 4A to 4D and independently controls moving direction and moving speed of a plurality of moving bodies 2A to 2D by controlling the starting and finishing timing for energizing each of electromagnets on the moving bodies 2A to 2D against the vibrations of the diaphragm 3.
