PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement guiding device capable of realizing high precision compared with a conventional technique by preparing a new improved technique capable of aiming high precision of the movement guiding device. SOLUTION: A moving block 21 forming a movement guiding device 10 comprises a moving block body 22, a return member 23, and a pair of end plates 24, 24. A direction switching passage connecting a load rolling body rolling groove and a non-load rolling body rolling passage formed on the moving block body 22 is formed by cooperating the inner peripheral side direction switching groove of the return member 23 and the outer peripheral side direction switching groove of the end plate 24. Then, after the return member 23 is mounted on the basis of the moving block body 22, an endless circulation passage is accurately completed by mounting the end plate 24 on the moving block body 22.
